Coin Strike
Coin Strike is one of those games that looks almost too simple on the store page and then eats a whole commute. You flick coins across a wooden board and try to land them in scoring zones or knock other pieces out of the way. The physics feel weighty and consistent, so after a few rounds you start reading angles instinctively.
Control is pure touch: pull back from a coin, aim, and release. The amount of drag sets the power, and there's a subtle trajectory hint that disappears on harder levels so you have to rely on feel. I liked that the difficulty ramps through board layouts rather than fiddly new systems — it stays the same clean game, just with trickier setups.
What kept me playing was the quick restart. A level fits in seconds, and losing never felt like a punishment, just a nudge to try a slightly softer flick. It's a great pick-up-put-down title that doesn't nag you to come back.
