Adventure
Hollow Tide
★★★★★ 4.5
Hollow Tide is a quiet, atmospheric adventure that trusts you to poke around. You explore a half-submerged town, solve environmental puzzles, and slowly piece together what happened to the people who left. There's no combat — the tension comes from curiosity.
Interaction is all tapping and dragging, and the puzzles lean on observation rather than obscure logic. I rarely got stuck in a frustrating way; the game drops gentle hints through the environment instead of hiding solutions.
It's a short experience, maybe four or five hours, but it lingers. The sound design alone is worth the install, especially with headphones at night.
